Office staff is always courteous and helpful. My building has a bathroom, which is a bonus when sorting for an extended period. Flat movers are available for loading. Temperature control is great. What I love most is that my rates have not gone up since I’ve been here. I’m a senior on a fixed income, so this has been most helpful. I highly recommend!

We needed to rent a storage container at short notice after things wouldn't fit in our military provided shipping. The gentleman on the desk on the 21st October 2025 was amazing we just didn't get his name! He explained all the different levels and helped us get the best deal. He was super friendly and efficient ensuring all the paperwork was completed and we had a padlock for our new container. Having the option for local storage was a huge relief!
