24/7 Store It - Pine Island

I have had a very positive, easy experience using this storage facility. I would highly recommend them. The price was great. Easy 24 hr access. Will use them again.

NOT. I really would not do business with these people if you can avoid it. They take your money and then you are on your own. First, they rented us a unit that was full of somebody else's stuff. Next, they rented us a unit with the ceiling insulation falling down. We were tired and just took it. When we returned 9 months later to access our recreation gear, the lock was not functioning. The green light came on, but the unit would not open. They told us they would fix it the next day and they did, but it’s a very inefficient system.

The worst customer service. Paid for a unit today went to go and put stuff in it and their was someone else's stuff still in there. Prices are good but very horrible the way they run their business. The best part is you CANT access your personal belongings 24/7. VERY HORRIBLE BUSINESS

We have been with 24/7 Store It since 2022. They used to be very kind, friendly and helpful on the phone, but ever since the new customer service switch - they are TERRIBLE!! We are currently on the phone with a Mel, and she has been rude since the start of the conversation. This has been the standard for a while and shouldn't be tolerated.

We had our climate controlled storage unit for 4 years. In this timeframe, we had Hurricane Ian destroy our home. Fortunately, our storage unit had zero damage. This was important because most everywhere on Pine Island had massive destruction. We only have one suggestion. Have a person "on call" for weekend and holiday issues.
